She's in Vegas, baby!
(Or she was!)
Check seeing Donny Osmond live and in person off her bucket list! It happened last Wednesday night at Harrah's, second row center. Here's a picture to show how close...
I was timid about taking pictures when Donny came out, but
I noticed that others were doing so, therefore I continued.
What I didn't realize is that I could also video.
I just knew, somehow I could be arrested for that. Duh.
The background here is made up of all of Donny's album
covers spanning his career from age 4 to the present--63! I was shocked by the number! (Just wish I could remember)
#1 Hit in 1972
Singing Close Every Door from Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat.
A Tribute to and duet with Andy Williams,
who gave Donny his start.
Moon River! Moving!
Singing as Shang in Mulan;
I'll Make a Man Out of You
He plays too!
Donny performed a"Rap-ography" in which he impressively rapped his entire career from the age of 4 to now--age 63.
He is certainly a consummate performer, including over 2000 performances of Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat.
The songs from Joseph are some of my favorites.
It's so refreshing to me to relax and enjoy a show with a wholesome performer, modest costumes, and no worries about bad language! I'm not an expert judge, but this one is beautifully presented, amazingly comprehensive, and thoroughly entertaining!
The man sitting next to me on the plane coming home made fun of the place I stayed! Up until then I really had thought it quite fun and unique. So I'll tell you a little bit about the old thing!
It's the Luxor, the only pyramid in town!
I really quite liked my room!
I took my favorite cream, all iced down, for in room coffee.
Much to my disappointment, not only had the coffee makers been removed from the rooms, the refrigerators had too.
The reason? Covid.
Bellagio's supercalifragilistic chocolate fountain!
If you're looking at this on a phone you'll probably
not be able to make heads or tails or chocolate
trails out of it. But it's amazing!
Well...This is the Moment...
(that's another of my favorites by Donny and Susan Boyle)
to say goodbye!
I love all my readers!
